Know your next move.
Before cash runs out.
Turn assumptions into month-by-month liquidity plans, stress-test uncertainty and uncover potential funding gaps.
Illustrative workspace: All initial businesses, transactions, rates and outcomes are hypothetical. Not accounting, investing or financing advice.

Side-by-side comparison
Same starting balance and cash events for all presets
Uncertainty stress test
Repeatable simulation of monthly revenue and fixed-cost shocks
Stress-test controls
500 seeded simulations; each run is reproducible
Independent normally distributed, zero-mean shocks are applied separately by month. This is an illustrative sensitivity exercise, not a statistically calibrated probability forecast.
Simulated liquidity outcomes
Terminal cash distribution across 500 trials
Plan the exceptional.
Add investment, tax, financing or other inflows and outflows to the forecast. Model real cash timing, not vague annual averages.
One-off cash events
Positive and negative events affect only the selected month

How the model works
Transparent rules and boundaries of the simulation
Calculation methods
- Sales: starting monthly sales × (1 + growth rate)month index × scenario revenue multiplier.
- Collections: sales booked in the month specified by collection delay, or zero if outside the horizon.
- Fixed and variable costs: fixed cost adjusted by scenario; variable cost equals booked sales × effective variable rate.
- Net cash: collections − fixed costs − variable costs + signed one-off events.
- End cash: previous balance + month net cash. A shortage is recorded if month-end cash is below zero.
Important limitations
A static educational scenario model, not a connected bookkeeping product, regulated financial projection, audit, lending or investment recommendation. It omits taxes, inflation, interest, credit facilities, opening receivables/payables, seasonality, payment defaults, amortization, working-capital constraints and business-specific accounting treatments unless you model their cash impact explicitly as events.
Simulated stress percentages are mathematical outcomes under chosen assumptions, not predictive probabilities calibrated to historical company data.
